a) Secretariat: The Secretariat of UFWG is Environmental Alert (EA) – Make EA a link to its own website. EA has designated a Coordinator of UFWG Secretariat to carry out day-to-day administration of UFWG business under the provisions of its internal administrative and financial management policies and guidelines.
b) Steering Committee: consisting of 9 elected members from UFWG membership of which 1/3 are women as required by the UFWG memorandum. Environmental Alert serves as Secretary of the Steering Committee meetings while the Forestry Sector Support Department under the Ministry of Water and Environment is a co-opted member
c) General Assembly: consisting of all members of the UFWG is the apex decision making and reference Organ for the Network.
